COVID-19

Is Klamath Eye Center Open?

Klamath Eye Center is open and striving to meet our patient’s eye-care needs while simultaneously maintaining comprehensive health and safety procedures. All of our offices: Downtown Optical, Benson Eye Center, Lakeview Eye Center, and Alturas Eye Center will also be open and following the guidelines below.

How is Amblyopia Treated?

Appointments are required for all patient services including examinations, scheduling, bill payment and our optical departments. Patients that have examinations can see our optical department after their exam without making a separate appointment.

When You Arrive

We request all patients check into their appointments by calling our office from their car prior to entering the building. Entrance into our buildings is contingent on wearing a face covering, answering COVID-19 screening questions and not having a temperature of 100˚ F or greater.  We ask that patients do not bring additional guests into our buildings that are not necessary for their care.

Questions

Please feel free to call to confirm any needs prior to driving to our office. As always, we will do our best to take care of our patients and community members to the best of our ability. Klamath Eye Center joins with all agencies encouraging strict adherence of all local & national recommendations to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
