I just had cataract surgery done yesterday with Dr. Fay and I have never been treated so well by so many people. From diagnosis to the surgery itself every staff member and 3rd party staff was courteous, informative and empathetic.
The surgery itself was unbelievable. I had a bit of anxiety going in but the staff alleviated that by being so nice. Oddly I sort of enjoyed the surgery, very cool lights and bubbles to see LOL. It is so nice to see colors again and I am even typing this on my laptop without glasses (125% zoom).

Everyone at Klamath Eye Center works professionally while giving each patient there, individual service. They are patient, kind, and care about your concerns. They explain what they are doing and why. I have never been told I should purchase new glasses when I really don't need them.
