For Our Patients, During COVID-19 (As of March 20, 2020)
Is KEC Open?
As of March 20, 2020, Klamath Eye Center is open and continuing to provide emergent eye care and to continue assisting patients with medical eye care that is time-sensitive.
Downtown Optical, Benson Eye Center, Lakeview Eye Center, Alturas Eye Center and Almond Aesthetic Medicine are all temporarily closed until recommendations allow for those locations to reopen.
Patients with existing appointments can expect to receive communication from our staff to consolidate or postpone their appointments as necessary.
At this time we are unavailable to provide full optical services. We are limited to dispensing eye wear that is at our Klamath Eye Center location only, but patients will have to come back at a later time for adjustments and new eye wear sales. We will do our best to help any patient that has an emergent eye wear need.
Please know that our hours of operation are subject to vary daily. Please feel free to call to confirm any needs prior to driving to our office. As always, we will do our best to take care of our patients and community members to the best of our ability. Klamath Eye Center joins with all agencies encouraging strict adherence of all local & national recommendations to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Considering Cataract Surgery?
Dr Fay is a phenomenal surgeon..
I have had a number of procedures done by him, and I could not have had better care. He explains everything fully. Dr Fay is amazing and has always put me completely at ease. I have complete trust in him and all his staff.
The Doctor was very caring...
The office was comfortable and clean. The wait wasn't bad. The office staff were very professional and kind. The doctor I saw was good. He showed me a picture of the inside of my eyes, which was interesting. He seemed concerned and caring.
I had a wonderful visit
that provided me with information and gave me confidence about the upcoming cataract surgery I will undergo next summer. Everyone was highly professional and friendly. Thank you for a very positive experience.
Our community is very blessed
to have someone of Dr. Fay's caliber. I very much appreciate that he insists that his office is always on the cutting edge of technology. That's enough for me, but in addition, everyone is very kind and personable.
